Repair Services
When you purchase any product from Betatek it is backed up by our Standard One Year Warranty including parts and labour. In those cases where the manufacturer offers a longer term, new purchase warranty, Betatek extends that benefit to you, our customer.

We recognize that when a product fails to perform, you want solutions not suggestions, and we have trained Technical Service Technicians across Canada who will provide just that.

Preventive Maintenance Programs 
A Preventive Maintenance Program can reduce your costs two ways. We have found that by scheduling P.M. visits, the service charges over the life of your instruments are greatly reduced. In addition, the operational life of your instruments will be extended.

During our visit the instrument will be inspected, cleaned and if necessary, adjusted. All parts that have worn, will be replaced. Our reasonable hourly service rates ensure economical and trouble-free operation. This will also be an opportune time to answer any questions and review proper operating procedure with you and your staff. Of course we can customize this program to your specific needs.

Calibration Services
Some of our equipment require calibration depending on regulatory requirements or in-house Standard Operating Procedures. Betatek has the expertise and the traceable tools to perform physical calibrations on Dissolution Testers from any manufacturer.

We are also an official service agent for Dr. Schleuniger products. We offer our calibration services to recalibrate models 2E, 4M or 6D Hardness Testers. In addition we can also calibrate the Test Link System.

One of our other areas of expertise is in the calibration of Stability Chambers and Rooms. We can ensure that both the temperature and humidity probes are calibrated and functioning properly.
